My client, a multi-disciplined Legal 500 Law firm are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Employment Solicitor to join their offices located near Oldbury on a full-time basis.
As the successful Employment Solicitor, you will be joining a small yet vastly experienced team, where you will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload. The caseload will include both non-contentious and contentious matters.
The caseload may include:
- Unfair Dismissals
- Tribunal Hearings
- Settlement Agreements
In addition to this, there will also be opportunity to build on the client base and develop the department.
To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a strong background of working in an Employment department and be experienced in dealing with Contentious and Non-Contentious matters. Ideally, this role would be suited to someone with 3+ years PQE and have excellent drafting skills.
It is also vital that you are determined, ambitious and have the drive to develop the department further.
- Salary NOE
- 23 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, additional holiday for length of service after 3 years up to 28 days
- Company Sick Pay Scheme after 6 months of employment
