Job Details
The ideal property litigation solicitor (circa 3-5 yrs+) will join an existing team which acts for clients on both residential and commercial property disputes.
The work covers:
- Commercial property disputes
- Business tenancy renewals
- Dilapidation claims
- Party wall actions
- Forfeiture of leases
- Possession actions
- Service charge recovery
