Your new role

This real estate solicitor role will see you take on a broad range of real estate work. The client base is well established and includes a number of SMEs as well as larger corporates. You will play an active role in marketing and business development.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a real estate lawyer operating at Senior Associate/Legal Director or Partner level. You will have a track record of running and managing a good mix of commercial property transactions. Ideally, you will have strong connections and some form of client following. You will be able to play a role in helping to train, develop and mentor more junior fee earners.

What you'll get in return

The role represents an opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to step up to the next level or for an existing Partner to make a move to join a well run and successful real estate team.
