OVERVIEW:
As part of this firm’s continuing growth strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their national, award-winning corporate, commercial and banking team. You will be have the opportunity to assist the team on a broad range of banking & finance transactions, including (but not limited to) acquisition finance, general corporate banking, real estate investment, asset backed lending and restructuring. The successful Banking & Finance Solicitor will have at least 2 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills along with commercial awareness and credibility. Successful candidates will likely have excellent experience advising both lenders and borrowers, within the firm’s regional markets, across a range of mid-market corporate banking and real estate finance mandates.
