Job Details
An international law firm with offices around the world are looking for a highly-experienced Commercial paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis..
This potentially lucrative opportunity will entail:
- Acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, companies, retail occupiers and private individuals
- Complex residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use development projects
- Promotion and option agreements relating to development land
- Bank lending and re-financings
- Portfolio acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant occupier work
Our client is looking for a candidate with exceptional IT skills, a keen eye for research detail, strong academics (min. 2:1 LLB and LPC), and solid Immigration experience gained for a well-known law firm(s).
