The Role

This Top 100 and Legal 500/Chambers ranked firm are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join them in their City of London office.

Due to growth within their London office, there is an opportunity for a Solicitor to join this ambitious team. There is a genuine opportunity to progress, the sky is the limit with what you can achieve.

You will be working closely alongside the Senior Associates and Partners to implement the department strategy, undertaking a broad range of work that, among other areas, will include:

• Advising on the acquisition of property investments and developments
• Acting on behalf of Banks, Companies, Investors, Developers and more.
• Dual-representation - acting for both lender and borrower
• Secured lending
• Bridging and property finance

Requirements:

• You will a Property Finance Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
• You will be able to handle the property due-diligence related (rather than just the banking and finance aspect)
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded and dynamic
• You will be a team player
