We are looking for a qualified woman solicitor or barrister with experience of family law to work on an exciting two-year case work project exploring the experiences of victims of domestic abuse in the family court, specifically in private law children cases.

It is a full time role and you will be responsible for case work and analysis as part of the project on behalf of victims of abuse involved in private law children proceedings as well as developing external relationships with other professionals and assisting the senior legal officer with development of policy objectives from the project.

You will also be required to support the delivery of Rights of Women’s core services including giving advice on the family law advice line, delivering training and writing publications.
