Job Details
Our client is a leading investment fund in Abu Dhabi.
They are looking to hire a Senior Counsel to focus and lead their Corporate M&A work. The work os varied and complex involving the managing, structuring and delivery of all transactions across a wide variety of industries and markets from major capital markets to emerging markets.
Answering directly to the General Counsel, this is a key position within the legal team.
Applicants must have a trained and worked at recognised, leading law firms where they have specialised in Corporate M&A work. Applicants must be UK, Australian or New Zealand qualified and have at least eight years' PQE.
Remuneration: £140K+ Tax free
