This ever growing, progressive firm are seeking Residential Conveyancing Solicitors 1-3 years PQE to join their modern offices in central Maidstone.

The Role

The residential conveyancing department has many years' experience and they have built up an impressive list of high-quality clients over the years. A lot of their business is now generated through referrals and recommendations as they have an envious name and reputation around London. They deal with a high quality of work on a range of properties and values. This role will encompass the whole conveyancing lifecycle including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. You will be used to dealing with a high-volume caseload whilst striving to exceed on targets and deliver first class service.

You will be:

* A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 1-3 years PQE

* An ambitious and career minded individual

* Any additional language skills would be considered highly desirable
