Alexander Lyons have recently been instructed by a well regarded multi office law firm who are currently looking to add an additional Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 year's PQE) to the expanding Commercial Property department based in Hove, East Sussex. Please note that there will also be a certain amount of homeworking offered.

Our client’s Commercial Property department are renowned for its high level of advice and service having extensive experience with a broad range of Commercial Property matters including landlord and tenant, lease renewals, lease negotiations, acquisitions and disposals of leaseholder properties, as well as property portfolio management.
The team deal with a road range of clients from small to medium companies through to international enterprises across Sussex and further afield.

To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate with knowledge of handling a broad range of commercial property matters, the ability to communicate in a non-technical way, professional, as well as the ability to work well within a large team.
