Senior Corporate / Commercial Associate - 5PQE+ – Dubai
Our client:
A highly-rated international firm with several office locations in the Middle East is looking to add an assured solicitor to its corporate transactions team in Dubai.
The role:
The role will focus on delivering advice on high-value M&A and other Commercial transactions across the MENA region. The role will also include advising on joint venture agreements, corporate and general commercial advisory work.
You:
We are ideally looking for someone who already has existing experience of advising in the UAE market but this is by no means essential
You’ll need at least 5 years' post-qualified experience, gained within a similar international law firm.
