Our client, a top tier Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked firm is looking to strengthen its numbers with the appointment of a junior solicitor.

The Firm

The Team

The Real Estate department currently consists of 30 lawyers, is regarded as one of the leading property teams in the Southeast outside London and is recommended by the all the major leading independent legal directories. 

Their lawyers manage a broad range of real estate work across different sectors and includes teams dedicated to property litigation, construction and environmental law. The team handles the full scope of property litigation work including; landlord & tenant work; development and contractual disputes; easements, covenant and boundary advice; land ownership; and insolvency.

The team has extensive experience litigating in the High Court and County Court as well as the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) mediations and other forms of ADR.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (whether quoted or owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups.  They also act for owners and investors, individuals and developers and have extensive experience dealing with corporate occupier clients’ property litigation requirements.

The Candidate

As the ideal candidate for this role, you should be between NQ and 2 PQE.  You should have a solid litigation background, coming from a well-regarded law firm with a similar calibre to our client.  Excellent technical ability, drafting skills and attention to detail are a mustand as an individual, you should be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work well independently or as part of a team.
