Job Details
This international firm advises clients in all areas of national and cross-border Corporate transactions (including private M&A, public takeovers, capital markets and Restructuring). Clients include national and international companies, private equity funds and the public sector.
On offer is an extremely friendly, international working environment, with a large amount of client contact, regular feedback meetings, structured advanced training courses and flexible work arrangements, including mobile working.
The team is looking for a candidate who has completed the two state exams with above average grades, ideally has a doctorate and/ or a foreign degree and a high standard of spoken and written English.
