TSR Legal are working with a Leading Newport firm who are seeking a Legal Practice / office Manager who has experience overseeing the administrative side of a business, ensuring compliance and government guidelines are adhered to.
You will be tasked with overseeing and ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the firm and making recommendations on how best to move forward.
Among other duties, your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting, advising the Partners
- Supporting the office manager on conflicts
- Managing the daily operations of the firm, ensuring best practice by all fee earners and administration
- Analysing business performance together with the Finance Team and its Director
- Making recommendations on strategies moving forward
- Streamlining internal processes
- Maintaining organisation and up to date records
- HR & Recruitment
- Ensuring compliance across the company
- Salary competitive dependant on experience
