Solicitor - Family Law - LAA Supervisor
Sunderland
£28,000- £36,000
Our client a well-established Law firm based in Sunderland are looking are looking to bolster their already award winning and specialist team with the appointment of a Family Law Solicitor The firm are specialists in family law and can give advice and legal help on divorce, financial matters, childcare, injunctions and separation. They also specialise in criminal law dealing with all types of work. If you are career minded and enjoy operating in a fast-moving environment - this is a genuinely exciting opportunity where you will be rewarded very quickly.
The successful candidate will handle a range of both public and private law children, divorce, separation, and matrimonial finances, including post and pre-nuptial agreements
You will take on a management role within the department and will be the Legal Aid supervisor which involves liaising with the Legal Aid Agency in respect of file and contract compliance matters.
In order to be considered for this role you will be a Qualified solicitor - LAA Supervisor would be Desirable
* You will have proven Advocacy Experience
* Excellent IT and typing skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Experience of working in a busy working environment
