Court of Protection Paralegal

One of the leading specialist practices outside London are looking for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join a specialist team 

In this role you will have responsibility for your own caseload comprising of Trusts and Court of Protection/Deputyship matters, dealing with clients, providing advice and undertaking day to day administration tasks. 

If you have a real desire to work within Court of Protection are looking to move closer towards your goal of qualification, this position is not to be missed.

The ideal candidate  

A paralegal with experience of working in a law firm and fee-earning experience, including managing a busy caseload 

Trust/Deputyship Administration experience is desirable but not essential 

Will have an empathetic, personable, calm and caring nature   

Excellent client care and communication skills
