A Northamptonshire law firm has a requirement for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Commercial Property department work in Kettering.

An established Commercial Property department employing some very experienced Lawyers and part of a regional law firm. The practice employs over 50 staff and pride their success on excellent client service by employing talented a motivated lawyers.
 
The Role

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be responsible for a wide range of commercial property matters including all aspects of real estate acquisitions, portfolio managements, commercial landlord and tenant work and developments and disposal transactions, together with offering Commercial Property support to the firm's Corporate Commercial Team.
 
The Candidate
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will have at least 1 years relevant experience and will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
 
Experience of Option Agreements, Conditional Contracts and Corporate Support would also be beneficial, but not essential.
 
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong technical ability and be able to manage own caseload.
 
Salary to £35,000.
