The Role

This firm is seeking to recruit a motivated, client-focused and friendly property lawyer looking for exciting opportunities as part of one of the region's leading Commercial Property teams.

You will join a highly experienced team of Legal 500 recommended Commercial Property experts who continue to attract exciting, high-profile work. The team deals with a wide range of commercial property matters, including Commercial and residential site acquisitions and development, funding agreements and arrangements, leases and more.

You will receive full support in managing your case-load of developments whilst assisting Partners with complex and high-value projects, meaning you will have excellent prospects to progress and put you ahead of your peers.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with 3-6 PQE +
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of IT systems and processes, such as Microsoft Suite
• Be hard-working and highly motivated with the ability to work cohesively as part of a larger team.
