Banking & Finance Solicitor

This top 100 commercial law firm in Central London is seeking an ambitious NQ banking & finance solicitor to join their highly regarded Banking & Finance Team.

You will be joining a small team of specialists who act for a wide range of clients across a few sectors, with a focus on the housing association, local authority, and healthcare sectors. The team acts for both funders and borrowers including large and small corporate entities, charities, housing associations, local authorities, property developers, large institutional investors as well as banks.

You will get exposure to various financial services matters, including leveraged finance, project finance, property finance, regulatory advice and restructuring and insolvency.

You will have completed a banking seat during your training contract and enjoy being part of a transactional team. Although not essential, previous experience of property finance, housing finance and/or capital markets would be beneficial.
