The Role

This firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their office in Chelmsford.

In line with their ambitious growth plans, this heavyweight firm are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to join a highly talented team that continues to attract the best work in the region, promising an interesting and diverse role.

Your caseload will include:

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• Tenancy Agreements

Alongside this, you will be a part of a friendly and cohesive environment that will ensure you have the tools you need to develop your skills and technical knowledge, allowing you to pursue the clear progression path on offer.

Requirements

• You are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and have 2 PQE +
• (With no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• Proven track record of residential property work
