The Role:

You will join this close-knit and highly regarded Real Estate team that has been involved in some of the most high-profile and impressive Real Estate transactions in the country.

You will gain exposure to a variety of high-value, complex transactions whilst having a high level of client contact and responsibility. The type of transactions you will be working on includes major development projects, significant investment portfolios (acquisitions and disposals), and restructures.

As a senior member of the team, you will be involved in strategic decision-making and influence the direction and growth of the Property group at an exciting time in their journey.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Able to think on your feet and be innovative
• Comfortable leading a small team
• Willing to get involved in business development and client pitches
