Job Details
We have direct instructions on a number of openings with a major law firm in fantastic locations in the Caribbean.
Our client is seeking to speak with banking/finance lawyers with impressive career records and experience at top 20 City or leading international/national law firms. Qualification in England and Wales, or another Commonwealth country is essential as is at least three years' PQE.
The roles will involve a broad range of high-end, multi-jurisdictional work, covering but not limited to, acquisition, structured, leveraged and funds finance, as well as general high-value corporate lending. Experience in all of these areas is not needed. There will also be overlap with corporate and M&A matters, however, again, prior corporate experience is not needed.
You will receive a base salary equivalent to a high City level salary, which is then taxed with no or minimal income tax. You will also receive a generous relocation package including but not limited to accommodation, car hire, and general relocation costs.
