JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 0-2
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £63,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
You will join a leading team to provide a wide range of general and specialised non-contentious commercial property advice. The work will involve a mixture of sole conduct of matters and assisting partners and principal associates on larger property (or property related) transactions. Work types cover the full spectrum of property transactions you would expect to find at a firm where real estate work is a key driver in its continuing success. The team’s clients include pension funds, property companies, a major US institutional investor and developers.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an NQ with real estate experience gained in a City or large regional firm with good academics and prior real estate experience. You will have excellent written English for drafting purposes and should be a self-starter with common sense and initiative, with good time and file management skills. You will have an ability to build good working relationships with clients and potential clients.
