Employment Lawyer - Home Working A truly outstanding opportunity for a 2 to 5 years' PQE Employment Lawyer with the choice to work remotely or in an office advising clients both commercial business and education sector clients on Employment matters. The Firm A very successful and established business providing dedicated Employment law services both non contentious and contentious. The firm has been established over two decades and supports clients throughout the UK. The Role The Employment Lawyer Role will be required to undertake the following; ·Advise clients on Employment Law & HR matters to agreed service level agreements. ·Review, draft and amend employment procedure, policies and contracts of employment ·Assist training others ·Undertake associated compliance work ·Keep up to date with developments and updates in Employment law The Candidate A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 2 to 5 years' PQE Proven experience of working independently with responsibility for providing clients with practical, solution focused Employment law advice. Excellent communications skills, Previous Education sector experience preferable, not essential Team player Good IT skills. Salary £40,000 to £45,000
