Job Details
The firm acts for clients in sectors including banking & finance, business services, construction, entertainment, funds, hospitality, infrastructure, and retail. It provides a broad range of advice including mergers and acquisitions, banking, corporate finance, restructuring and insolvency.
The team is seeking to hire an experienced corporate commercial solicitor, at senior associate or partner level, to join the existing team.
You should be:
- A Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor
- 7+ years’ PQE
- Experienced in M&A, banking & finance
- Strong client facing skills
