The Role/Team
They have an ambitious and growing team of banking and finance specialists who act for a wide range of clients across a number of sectors, with a focus on the housing association, local authority and healthcare sectors. They act for both funders and borrowers including large and small corporate entities, charities, housing associations, local authorities, property developers, large institutional investors as well as banks. As a small team, this is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a large variety of work and to contribute to the growth of the team by building relationships with clients and supporting on business development initiatives. The team regularly advise on high-value and complex transactions.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have completed a banking seat during their training contract and enjoy being part of a transactional team. The role will involve advising clients on a full range of banking matters and to be involved in transactions from start to finish. It is not necessary to have any specific sector experience, although property finance, housing finance and/or capital markets experience would be helpful. However it is more important to be a team-player with the drive and enthusiasm to help us grow our banking practice.
