Commercial litigation associate for ‘David vs Goliath’ litigation
Exciting opportunity for a mid-level to senior associate to join a stand-out US claimant firm in the UK, focused in bringing justice to those impacted by corporate malfeasance.
Working with the head of the firm’s group litigation and competition in the UK, you will be with leading experts in their field on ground-breaking cases. “Energetic, bright, ‘can do’ positivism” are the attributes the firm used to describe what they are looking out for.
Experience required in commercial litigation, with exposure in either of competition litigation or product liability advantageous.
Plaintiff experience preferable but not absolutely essential; a track in defended GLO work would also help.
Ideally someone with 3-6 yrs PQE but flexibility depending on the candidate. This firm is very focused on D&I and social mobility, so we encourage as wide an audience as possible to respond. Compensation will be competitive.
