Job Details
A major global law firm are looking to hire a junior to mid-level associate for their highly ranked Banking & Finance practice based in London for a 12 month contract. Whilst the role is to be attributed to their London office, the team are very open to remote working opportunities and can facilitate a split between working remotely and from the office.
The role will involve advising a superb and varied client base, including financial institutions, sponsors and other corporate borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions such as acquisition and leveraged finance, general corporate lending, workouts and restructurings.
Our client is particularly interested in England & Wales qualified candidates with between 2-5 years' PQE gained at a recognised banking and finance practice in the UK.
The firm offers exceptionally high-quality work and a strong remuneration package.
Ideally candidates should be available at short notice or immediately, although for the right candidate there is an element of flexibility on this.
