JOB TITLE: Litigation Executive
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ years’ experience
LOCATION: West Midlands
SALARY: Circa £20,000

THE ROLE:
You will be working in a busy Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team on a varied caseload that consists of healthcare and medical negligence matters on the claimant side. You will also be dealing with personal injury claims that will include, industrial disease, accidents at work, cosmetic treatment and trips and slips. This role is office based; however, the firm would be able to offer a degree of flexibility. (there may be some travel required to different offices).

The salary is around £20,000- so legal executives and fee earners should apply. This role has arisen due to the growth in the team over the past 12 months.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought after from candidates who are hard working and passionate about making a difference within civil law. You will ideally a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar role. You must have claimant experience. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge within clinical negligence and personal injury matters. The candidate must be able to work to their own initiative and with minimum supervision. You should be proactive and tenacious in seeking to resolve irrespective of their nature.
