Job Details
Due to continued organic growth, this sociable and successful law firm is searching for an additional commercial property solicitor or chartered legal executive to join its busy Plymouth based team and continue the amazing work achieved to date.
This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need at least one or two years’ experience within commercial property law. The emphasis of your role would be dealing with developers, businesses with property assets, commercial occupiers and investors on a wide range of commercial matters, eg acquisitions, disposals of single or multi-let investment property, commercial tenancies/leases, development work etc.
On offer is scope to progress in commercial property law and the ability to future proof your career by establishing many long-standing business connections and gradually building up your own caseload.
