The Role

This is an opportunity for a Real Estate Senior Associate to join this Commercial, Development and Investments team part of the Wider Real Estate group within their Birmingham office.

You will work within one of the biggest dedicated commercial development and investment teams in the UK, advising listed and private investors and developers on high value and strategic projects. The role will involve the following in offices, retail and shopping centres, business and retail parks, hotels, industrial estates and logistics parks, retirement living, supported living, co-living and student accommodation.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor with 4 years + PQE
• Real Estate experience, working with development and investments (preferably)
• Worked within a respectable Real Estate group
• Engaging and willingness to work on large and complex matters
