Solicitor - Charities and Social Ventures, 1-3 years PQE with Competitive Salary + Benefits

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s dynamic and forward-thinking Charities practice. They boast a well-established team of lawyers who work with a broad range of high profile charity and non-profit clients, with a strong focus on innovation and technology. The team assist charities and social ventures across the full lifecycle – from start-up, to operations, to wind-up. Matters handled include fundraising, contracts, data, policies, people and property, and there will be an international element to the role.

The successful candidate will be genuinely passionate about working in the Charity sector, and will take on an interesting and varied workload of charity, governance and regulatory matters. Strong academics are essential, as is technical ability and keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be capable of providing commercial and pragmatic advice and be keen to undertake business development and networking from the outset. Candidates who have an understanding of Corporate/Commercial practice would be at an advantage.

The team are currently working from home, however our client will consider candidates who would prefer to work from their offices once they re-open, with the potential to have a blend of home and office working.
