The Role:

Forming part of their ongoing growth drive, the firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Property Damage Senior Associate to join their team in Manchester.

You will take on a broad range of matters on behalf of insurers and their insureds, including subrogated recovery claims, liability and policy coverage.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and develop the junior team members whilst working closely with the senior leadership to help drive growth further forward. This, in addition to high levels of client contact, will allow you to develop your leadership skills and commercial awareness to a high level.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Damage Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Comfortable handling complex matters with no supervision
• Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members would be advantageous
• You will have first-class communication skills
• Able to collaborate with colleagues departmentally and firm-wide
