Job Details
You must have completed a seat within a Corporate Department during your training contract in order to be considered for this role.
This firm covers the full spectrum of Corporate work, specialising in the sales, acquisitions and restructures of businesses covering commercial advice and commercial agreements. This firm acts primarily for dentists and healthcare professionals ranging from sole practitioners to large corporations.
They are looking for an NQ Corporate Solicitor to join their team and applications are welcomed from those at NQ level and above.
