A national law firm require an Employment Lawyer for their London office with 2 years' PQE in Employment Tribunal claims.

The Employment Lawyer will run a varied case load of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases. You will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissal, wages and discrimination claims.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has at least 2 years' experience conducting and managing Employment Rights cases. As an admitted solicitor/legal executive, you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims.
The successful Employment Lawyer will need to have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure and the litigation process. The role requires excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail to enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for our clients. You will need to show empathy and understanding, providing a professional legal service with a personal touch.
Salary Circa £51,500 to £59,000 with an excellent benefits package
