Job Details
We are working with a leading UK law firm who are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-3PQE) to join the team in their Exeter office.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-value Clinical Negligence cases alongside senior members of the team, including catastrophic cases. The development of your own caseload will be encouraged under supervision and with full support. There will also be the expectation to fully involve yourself in a range of Business Development activities as you will be working with the wider team to help develop the Clinical Negligence service and client base.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have up to 3 years' PQE, in addition to excellent technical knowledge in Clinical Negligence law. The firm are open to NQ level applicants if you have completed a Clinical Negligence seat as part of your training contract. An interest in developing business development and marketing skills is required, alongside a genuine interest in healthcare and charitable work. The ability to maintain a high level of organisation and initiative is desired, as well as excellent communication and the maintenance of strong client relationships.
