A firm that I have placed with in the last 12 months is looking for a Corporate Associate to join their team in Warwickshire.
 
This firm benefits from a great reputation that has supported them in gaining high profile, national clients.  This growing team is going from strength to strength and are developing some great long term client relationships that you will have the opportunity to get involved with.  Their Warwickshire office has good transport links and parking nearby, and their agile working policy allows for great flexibility in order maintain a solid work-life balance.
 
As a Corporate Associate, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Provide corporate law advice to individuals and corporates (ranging from start-ups to large multi nationals).
- Draft SPAs, APAs, investment agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, reorganisation documents (capital reduction demergers, share for share etc) and buy back of shares documents.
- Support the business development within the team
- Confidently work off own initiative and hold strong presentation and client handling skills
