Fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with experience of projects, development and regeneration!
Sellick Partnership are working with a dynamic London Borough Council to find a lawyer experienced in projects and development to lead on regeneration matters.
This is a lovely opportunity to join an inner London council in an area with rich history, working on projects in landmark areas, a fantastic addition to any CV!
The Regeneration Lead will work on a lovely and supportive team. They'll liaise with clients and other parties, handling all elements of development and regeneration from CPOs to strategic project management.
This role offers really flexible work arrangements, including fully remote and office-home hybrid, it's an ongoing contract and pays a very competitive rate. The role can include managerial duties if the Regeneration Lead so wishes but this managerial element is not a requirement of the role.
The Regeneration Lead must have experience in regeneration, projects and development, but does not need local authority experience. What's crucial is tangible experience in running large-scale projects and regeneration.
