We have recently been instructed on a rare opportunity with a Top 100 law firm, for a Corporate ECM  Associate (NQ - 3 PQE).

This role will provide all the benefits of working with top International & UK clients on a range of quality Corporate / Equity Capital Markets matters, with fantastic progression, but without the long City hours.

The Opportunity:

This full-service law firm are widely acclaimed and recognised in the Legal 500 and many of their lawyers are “Leading Individuals” across their many expert practice areas. In recent years the Corporate Group has seen exponential growth and an influx of new work. This is an exciting time to join them as they are investing heavily in the corporate offering and developing the lawyers in the team.

The Capital Markets Group are the retained legal advisor to an array of listed companies and advise a range of clients on transactions on the LSE including reverse takeovers.

They advise a whole range of clients from Brokers, Sponsors and Listed Corporations in relation to IPOs and secondary fundraisings on the Main Market and AIM at the London Stock Exchange. Much of the transactional work they advise on is high value with an international element. The sectors they cover are broad, but they have a particular specialism at the firm for working with clients in tech, retail, leisure and energy.

Requirements:

• Be an Associate (NQ-3 PQE)
• Equity Capital Markets experience and working knowledge/understanding of Main Market/AIM transactions is required
• Must have worked in a comparable National/International law firm in London
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Meticulous eye for detail and strong organisational skills
