Scale Lane are hiring a skilled Family Solicitor on behalf of an accomplished multi-discipline firm with several offices in the City of London and across the Greater London area.

This well-established firm was formed almost 25 year ago and has continually grown in terms of size and prestige and pride themselves on their excellent reputation, consistently high results, and the exceptional quality given to every one of their clients.

The Role

As a family solicitor you will join the expanding family law department at their largest office in Merton and will undertake a varied caseload which includes Child Protection Law, Financial Settlements & Agreements, Divorce, Dissolving Civil Partnerships, Injunctions, and Supervision Orders, alongside other family law matters.

You will offer exception service to clients and be capable of working at all levels, conduct advocacy, supervise staff as required, and expect to be challenged with complex legal work.

Skills & Experience

• You will be a Family Solicitor of 1+ PQE
• Solid experience with Financial Matters and Child Protection Law
• A very high standard of work and client care
