Job Details
A well-regarded corporation that is in the REITs business is actively recruiting a corporate secretarial executive to handle the full spectrum of secretariat and compliance work. Working closely with external corporate advisory firms, you will prepare board resolutions & annual reports, coordinate meetings, handle SGX announcements & ACRA filings, and work with relevant authorities on MAS matters. In addition, you will review internal policies and ensure company procedures comply with the regulations. Public listed experience is essential and experience working in a REIT would be advantageous.
Successful candidates will possess:
- 3-5 years of public listed corporate secretarial experience gained in-house or with a service provider.
- Experience working in a REIT (preferred but not essential).
- ICSA qualification (highly regarded but not essential).
