The Role

4 to 8 PQE Corporate Senior Associate to join a Legal 500 ranked team in Manchester.

Corporate transactions, including corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs/ins and private equity and venture capital investments, are the team's lifeblood.

Joining the team with 4+ years PQE, you will manage matters that consider M&A, private equity and public equity transactions for listed corporates, more often divided between strategic advice and lead negotiations, key documents, ancillary documents and due diligence.

Working closely with the Partners, in unison with other offices in providing a national service. The firm is known for offering City-level work, without the lifestyle drawbacks

• Corporate experience, gained at leading national or regional firm
