Are you a leading Residential Conveyancer in the North East market looking to step away from fee earning and seeking something different from a new role? Are you a people person and approachable? If so this Residential Conveyancing Manager opportunity is truly a stand out role in the legal market and should be carefully considered if you are technically strong Residential Conveyancer with a vast amount of experience.

In this role you will supervise and manage one of the largest conveyancing departments in the North East region. You will help to develop individuals through the companies Training Academy, you will help to develop and train team leaders and technical fee earners and help to ensure the smooth running of the conveyancing process and delivery of a quality service to clients. Duties and responsibilities

- Effective supervision of all staff including employee development and wellbeing

- You will be directly involved in the recruitment process within the departments and will be closely reviewing team performance

- Liaison with the offshore team will be a daily responsibility

- Providing training and support to all trainees and one-to-one support to all colleagues within the department

- You will be working closely with the overall Head of Residential Conveyancing to ensure business needs are met and the smooth functioning of the firm is maintained

- You will lead the training academy at the firm and be responsible for developing junior residential conveyancers and supporting them throughout their career

From time to time, you may be undertaking training sessions to develop conveyancers, ensuring they can handle a mix of sale and purchase files.

Candidate Profile:

-You will be an exceptional Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner confident with technical areas of the transactional process.

- Be proactive and forward-thinking with a keen eye for team and business initiatives, ensuring a positive and friendly environment is always upheld within the office

-Hold excellent communicational skills with demonstrable experience in referrer relationships, complaint handling and client relationship maintenance

-This is ultimately a Managerial position and therefore you must be friendly, approachable and personable will excellent managerial skills.
