Corporate Real Estate Paralegal

LAW Absolute is currently workign with a leading US firm whose corporate team is currently seeking a paralegal to join their transactional group on an initial contract of 6 months with a view to extend.

The role is to start asap and the position would involve working on share and assets sales, M&A transactions and CP documentation for mainly real estate clients/ assets.

Due to the nature of the role and bredth of responsibility involved, you will have at least 1 year of  corporate M&A or Corporate real estate experience in with a leading law firm.
