Job Details
A regional Law Firm with offices across West Yorkshire, is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to their leading private client team in Bradford on a full-time basis.
This firm are well established and have been recognised in the legal sector for over 30 years. They are a firm with traditional values whilst moving towards a modern approach.
They are now looking for a full time secretary to take over/succeed The Head of Department's secretary. You will liaise between the Head of Department and others within the team.
Duties will include managing the Partner's diary and communication strategy as well as being willing to be part of the secretarial group in supporting other Departments when the need arises .
This can often be because of urgent transcriptions required or unexpected absences.
Our client are now looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy private client /conveyancing team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the partner and other senior fee earners in the team.
You must have experience as a Legal Secretary. Ideally you will have experience in Wills and Probate although this isn't essential. You must be efficient and well organised with excellent diary management skills.
Experience of using Microsoft Office is also required.
Salary is up to £25, 000 depending on experience along with a range of fantastic benefits, including genuine scope for career progression. Hours of work are 9.00am- 5.30pm
