The Role

This firm is seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to enhance their high calibre property team in their flourishing North West London office.

The firm have a strong reputation for property work and you would be joining a friendly and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work. You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a supportive environment.

You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of all residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, mortgages and transfers of equity, lease extensions.

The role will involve you managing your own caseload from instruction to completion and be fully supported alongside a paralegal.

Requirements and Benefits:

• You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1-3 years PQE gained at a reputable firm
• You will have experience in a hands-on role, with good client contact
• You will possess strong technical knowledge
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will deal with high-quality work, as part of an innovative team
