This is a fabulous opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience in working with developers. The successful candidate will be proactive and have experience of working in a development and planning department.

- Strategic site assessments
- Obtaining planning permissions
- Advising on infrastructure agreements
- Negotiating section 106 planning agreements
- Site assembly
- Plot sales
- Environmental issue
- Drafting of documentation
- Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE in development and planning
- Excellent communication and client care skills will be crucial
- Strives for high standards in their work
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
- A team player with an aptitude for business development
