Construction Paralegal | Cardiff or Swansea Office

TSR Legal are working with a national law firm to recruit a Construction Paralegal to join one of their successful teams in Cardiff or Swansea.

As a Construction Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting a team of solicitors with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters across Construction, Property and Real Estate.

This Construction Paralegal role will involve:

Working with the existing construction team on a large scale construction / projects.

As part of their construction team, you’ll work on construction and project contracts which support the creation of all sorts of developments, including residential and retail, infrastructure and renewable energy.

 As a paralegal in their team you will assist the teams experienced lawyers to achieve the best results for their clients. You will assist on drafting and negotiate complex contracts on behalf of a wide range of clients, and gain a broader understanding of associated issues relating to property and finance to ensure your advice is fully rounded, commercially savvy and helps them achieve their goals.

The team is currently a nice size so there is a lot of room to grow and develop, and essentially build a fantastic career with them.

The Person

The candidate our client is looking for with this Construction Paralegal role will have:

- Prior expertise in a construction / real estate property experience.
