NHS Resolution is a not-for-profit part of the NHS working for health care providers to resolve claims fairly and to share learning across the NHS and beyond.
We are looking for talented and experienced technical claims handlers to join our dedicated technical claims unit (TCU).
You will have a proven track record in dealing with high value clinical negligence claims involving maximum severity of injury and other complex claims with difficult legal issues. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of legal knowledge as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.The role will include providing advice and guidance to colleagues, across the organisation, on cases referred from the claims teams.
