Job Details
This is a real career opportunity with an award-winning Legal 500 in a good city location. Working in the residential property team (real estate), you will work with HNW client with big estates. This firm has invested in their IT and have great working practices and offer a range of expertise and guidance to their clients, who are new and returning customers. This is an ambitious and upbeat team with a superb reputation, and you will carry out a wide variety of interesting work, including:
- Management of estates for rural landowners including sales
- Acquisition, financing and management of large residential portfolios
- Enfranchisement and lease extensions
- Dealing with owners of property companies to manage their residential portfolios
- Matrimonial transfers, restructuring of property interests for tax planning
- Developers on the acquisition, development and sale of residential property sites
- Insurers on the defence of negligence claims made against conveyancing firms
Seeking a qualified solicitor from 2-5 years PQE who has proven experience in residential property work and can demonstrate working with HNW clients on large estate planning.
